Raystede Centre for Animal Welfare

Raystede is open to the public between 10.00am and 4.00pm everyday except for Christmas, Boxing and New Years day.
Visitors can enjoy walks around the centre and see the work we do. At present we have over 1000 animals enjoying a happy and peaceful life at the centre. These include horses, donkeys, goats, sheep, rabbits, chipmunks, tortoises, terrapins, and many exotic birds. There is also a wildfowl sanctuary with several lakes for ducks, geese and moorhens. Raystede has a Café Gift /Charity shop, picnic area, parking and toilets, including facilities for the disabled.

We close Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day.
