Bombay Sapphire

About

Based at Laverstoke Mill in rural North Hampshire, just 15 miles from Winchester, the Bombay Sapphire Distillery is in a conservation area with over 1000 years of history. The distillery showcases the care, skill and creativity behind every drop of Bombay Sapphire, and allows your group to discover the flavours of the botanicals which make Bombay Sapphire gin so unique.

Every Bombay Sapphire Gin Distillery Tour or Gin Cocktail Masterclass starts with a trip to the Turbine Bar to make a Bombay Sapphire gin & tonic before heading to the cinema room to be immersed in all things Bombay Sapphire in preparation for a tour of Laverstoke Mill. Learn about the ten botanicals which make Bombay Sapphire so exquisite in the iconic glasshouses designed by Thomas Heatherwick, chart hundreds of years of Laverstoke Mills illustrious history, married with the fascinating heritage of gin and Bombay Sapphire and uncover the secrets of Bombay Sapphires unique vapour-infusion distillation process.

The distillery offers hosted tours, as well as cocktail masterclasses for guests, and offers several event spaces for bespoke organised events.
