  • 1. Around 500 deer roam Windsor Great Park, offering visitors the chance to see them in their natural environment. September to early November brings the deer rutting season, when stags compete for female attention and fill the park with their distinctive roars.
  • 2. Follow in the footsteps of John Keats in Winchester, where he wrote his famous poem Ode To Autumn. Stroll through the historic streets, Cathedral Close and water meadows that inspired one of the most celebrated poems in the English language and experience the season that Keats called the "season of mists and mellow fruitfulness".
