UK Electric Bikes

The UK Electric Bike Centres offer a unique way to experience the beautiful Kent countryside on an electric bike. This can be from our Biddenden Centre to tour the Weald or you could come to our new centre at Dymchurch and see all that the Kentish sea-side and Romney Marsh has to offer! We have carefully designed a number of routes of differing lengths along peaceful backroads – passing vineyards, gardens, villages, woodlands, breweries and castles, martello towers, steam railways, zoos and even the only desert in the UK!

Our routes include:
The Kent Vineyard Route – a 36 mile route through beautiful countryside, see some of Kent’s award-winning vineyards and stay for a tasting.
The Garden of England Route – a 23 mile route through beautiful Kentish countryside with a pub stop halfway round.
The Castle Route – discover an archetypal 14th century moated castle at Bodiam.
The Smarden Route – a shorter route (15 miles) through beautiful Kent countryside with time to visit a local village pub. Good for a half day tour or for those who prefer to stop for longer. The Romney Marsh Route taking in the beautiful vistas and unique habitat of the Marsh, and gorgeous pubs to enjoy along the way. The Coast route (in both directions towards Hythe or Dungeness) taking in a trip on the RHDR and discovering the smuggling history of this unique corner of Kent.

From both our sites we are now offering pic-nic lunches as part of our tours – please ask for details!

We can also organise a bespoke route for your group so please get in touch to discuss the options. You can navigate using traditional maps or our new navigation app.

An electric bike is designed to enable people of mixed abilities to effortlessly enjoy the pleasures of cycling. Riders have the option of power-assisted pedalling to take the strain when they need it. Electric bikes really come into their own when a group of friends or family take to the road together for a cycle ride. A simple adjustment of the motor setting enables each individual to keep pace with the other members of the group. Our electric bikes are comfortable and reliable and have a large battery range, enough for a full day's cycling.

As E-bikes are only legal for people aged 14 or over, for families we have a range of children’s bikes, tag-alongs and buggies to ensure that all ages are included.
