Meet some of shipwrights who combine traditional and modern tools with teamwork and skill during the vital conservation work on board HMS Victory.
Although HMS Victory is in a dry dock there are miles of rope that need to be looked after. The Dockyard's rigging team will show visitors how they work with the rope and demonstrate some traditional skills essential to this ancient craft.
Sessions take place on Monday 11 September: 10.30am to 11.15am, 1.30pm to 2.15pm and 3.30pm to 4.15pm.
Pre booking is essential and numbers will be limited. The tour does not include entrance to the ships or general museum access.
