Nestling in the south-west corner of Surrey and sharing its boundaries with West Sussex and Hampshire, Waverley offers an array of activities and relaxing overnight stays within the area. There are four main settlements in Waverley for you to visit including Cranleigh, one of England’s largest villages, with it’s vibrant atmosphere, Farnham, a unique Georgian town offering a perfect balance of old meets new, Godalming, an ancient market and coaching town delightfully situated on the picturesque River Wey, and Haslemere, an historic market town which boasts timbered and tilehung houses and range of retailers.

Waverley and Visit South East England have joined forces to offer a deluxe overnight stay including bed and breakfast with full use of the spa facilities at the luxury 4 star Lythe Hill Hotel. Lythe Hill is an historic country house hotel, set in 22 acres of woodland on the slopes of the Surrey/Sussex Hills. The former farmhouse and outbuildings form a picturesque hamlet on the outskirts of the market town of Haslemere.

Once you've rejuvenated from your relaxing overnight stay, you can then head north 20 minutes to The Sculpture Park to experience one of the finest and most eclectic selections of sculpture in Britain today. Finish off your day with a delicious Afternoon Tea for two at the Bush Hotel in Farnham, just 15 minutes away from The Sculpture Park.

Bush Hotel is a former 17th-century coaching inn and provides the perfect setting for afternoon tea.  Benefit from the stunning gardens in the summer or you can enjoy your prosecco while sitting beside the fireplace for those not so warm days. Situated in the heart of the historic town of Farnham and surrounded by the beautiful Surrey Hills, the Bush has been welcoming guests through its doors since 1618.

The Sculpture Park is set within a valley fed by two natural springs, the ten acres of arboretum and wildlife inhabited water gardens has set the stage for thousands of sculptures since April 2003 when it was first open to the public. As you arrive, you will walk right into the centre of the park where you can collect The Sculpture Park guide from reception and start the two miles of trail, which on average takes around two hours to complete.

Prize includes: An overnight stay for two on a B&B basis at Lythe Hill Hotel, two tickets to The Sculpture Park and afternoon tea with prosecco for two at Bush Hotel.

Competition Ends: Sunday 29th May.
