Get ready for a magical winter adventure as Southampton’s Snow Windows Trail returns from Saturday 29th November 2025 to Friday 4th January 2026. Back by popular demand, this festive favourite invites visitors to explore the city centre on a brand-new Christmas walking trail that’s perfect for families, couples, and festive explorers alike.
This year, follow two enchanting new routes – the Snowflake Route and the Star Route – to discover over 20 beautifully designed snow window displays. Each one is hand-crafted by the talented team at Snow Windows, transforming shopfronts and windows into intricate winter scenes inspired by Southampton’s landmarks, local wildlife, and festive magic.
The Snow Windows Trail is open daily from 10am–5pm (closed 24–26 December and 1 January). Along the way, enjoy fun quiz questions themed around Southampton and winter, and scan secret QR codes to unlock exclusive discounts, prizes, and giveaways from local shops and independent retailers.
Once you’ve completed your trail, head to SeaCity Museum to collect a free prize, and don’t forget to enter the Ultimate Winter Package prize draw for your chance to win even more festive goodies.
Organised by GO! Southampton, this free, family-friendly event is a brilliant way to experience the city’s Christmas atmosphere while supporting local businesses.
