From London/North - take M23 towards Gatwick/Brighton. Follow A23 to Brighton seafront. Turn right at the Brighton Pier and continue on seafront until you come to The Grand on your right hand side.
10 minutes walk from Brighton railway station, head south to the seafront and turn right, the Grand is the third building on the seafront.
