Following the success of our January Winter Wassail with Hook Eagle Morris, over the Summer Solstice weekend we'll be enjoying blue skies, warm sun and hopefully no rain with much revelry!
Join For Earth's Sake on Sunday 23 June for an afternoon of family fun at Midsummer Revels - watch and take part in the dancing and music of the fabulous Hook Eagle Morris, and learn traditional Morris and Maypole dances. As well as the Maypole for children we'll have Splat the Rat and EggSplode games in the orchard. If you'd rather, simply wander and relax in the gardens, sit by the little river or view the Great Green Barn which has been fully restored over the past two years.
Whilst this event is FREE to attend, RESERVING TICKETS IS ESSENTIAL and ticket confirmations will be asked for on arrival.
Chilled drinks from our local suppliers including Denbies wines, Silly Moo ciders, and Firebird beers and lagers, and various soft options and hot drinks will be available to purchase throughout the event. We'll also have hot and cold refreshments for vegans, veggies and non-vegans, including our delicious Spanakopita (Feta & Spinach Pie), vegan sausage rolls, houmous and pitta, and local Moooh! ice-cream.
Please note LIMITED parking is available on-site and we ask you to car share where possible.
