Join the Trust for an evening of elegant dining, where their Head Chef Kierran will use locally sourced and seasonal ingredients to create an exquisite menu. Alongside a luxurious meal, you can choose to indulge each course with a unique wine pairing, with bottles sourced from around the world. From heavy-bodied oaky flavours to light and delicate structures, each glass will compliment the delicious flavours of their food for a wonderful dining experience.
