Following the success of last year's festival, Bexhill After Dark will return on the 28th of January, 2023. With spectacular displays of creativity, light art and design, light festivals transform what might otherwise be quite ordinary environments into extraordinary and magical places.
This year's festival will be focused on the seafront, with two light-up installations on the lawns, an interactive Beach Beacon returning to the De La Warr Pavilion, Kathak dancing by Sujata Banerjee Dance Company at Bexhill Museum, Bexhill Heritage lighting up and animating the bandstand, as well as an illuminated parade. Bexhill College students will collaborate with the De La Warr Pavilion and Sujata Banerjee Dance company.
