The following terms and conditions relate to Win a family ticket to Glow Wild at Wakehurst 2025.

Prize Terms and Conditions

1. The promotion is only open to residents in the UK (United Kingdom) only. Entrants must be 18 years old or over.

2. The prize draw is excluded to employees of Tourism South East and Wakehurst.

3. No purchase is necessary for entry into this prize promotion.

4. Only fully completed registrations will be eligible. Entries are to be submitted by completing the competition form. The competition opens on 24th October 2025 and will run until midnight on the 23rd November.

5. Only one entry per household. 

6. The winner will receive either a family ticket or 3 adult tickets for one night’s entry to Glow Wild 2025 at Wakehurst. Tickets are only valid for Glow Wild until 3 January 2026 and cannot be used against any other ticketed or paid activities at Wakehurst. The prize is valid until 3 January 2026 and must be booked/redeemed by 10th December 2025.

6 The competition will be available on the Visit South East England website and will be added to up to three competition websites. The competition is administered by Tourism South East who maintain and operate the Visit South East England website.

7. The closing date for receipt of entries is midnight on the 23rd November 2025. Entries after this date will not be included. A winner will be picked at random and the details provide to Wakehurst who will then notify the winner by email. The winner will be given 14 days to respond and confirm they are happy to receive their prize, and for the initial, surname, and county to be displayed on the Tourism South East competition winners page https://www.tourismsoutheast.com/competitionwinners.

8.  The winners' details: (a) will be shared with Wakehurst for the purposes of providing the Prize; (b) will be obtainable from the Tourism South East on request; (c) with the agreement of the winner may be used by Wakehurst for the purpose of publicity. Winners must inform the TSE if they object to the disclosure under (b) above.

9. Prize to be redeemed by 10th December and used by the 3rd January 2026.

10. The Prize is subject to availability and must be pre-booked, there is no cash alternative for the prize. The prize is non-transferable and is subject to Wakehurst's standard prize draw and competition terms and conditions which can be seen here https://www.kew.org/terms-and-conditions/standard-prize-draw-and-competition

11. The prize does not include car hire/incurred travel costs, personal expenses, including food, or any extras the winner wishes to book, along with anything not expressly stated to be included in the prize.  Any other personal expenses incurred during the trip will be the responsibility of the recipients
