The Bar
Relax in the Green Man Lounge Bar with its retro vibe and quirky details, comfy chairs and tucked way booths. It’s a great place to meet-up whether you fancy just drinks with friends, a bite to eat or champagne for two!
We have a “best of British” bar menu serving up comfort food favourites such as the Green Man epic gourmet Burger and our mezze platters full of goodies to share. We have a very quaffable selection of wines – all available by the glass, delicious cocktails, cask marque real ales, continental lagers and of course, very decent coffee and teas. All complemented with good music and very lovely people.
The Outhouse
How about “A bit of a do” in the Outhouse – The Green Mans latest exciting new addition. The old skittle alley across the courtyard has been revamped and given a cool 1930’s industrial feel. Its funky utility chic is perfect for private parties and suppers of platters and jackets –fabulous finger buffets or hearty hot buffets served family style with pitchers of wonderful wine and buckets of beer served around refectory tables seating up to 30 or a standing reception for up to 60 guests
Vintage wedding? Big birthday? Just a meeting? No need for an excuse! Surely the coolest place in town for a gathering!
The Dining Room
Dining Out? The Green Man upstairs Dining Room offers a moody, elegant, Edwardian drawing room style. Our finer dining evening dinner menu is served using the best ingredients sourced predominantly from our local larder.
Sundays are all about Bloody Marys, newspapers and of course the ubiquitous Sunday Roast … but with a twist! Let’s make Sundays special again! Make a date in our lovely Dining Room, with or without the family.
