On the 4th weekend of the month the Rural Living Museum runs its 'Working Weekend' events - full of family fun activities and the chance to experience all sorts of its vast collection from tractors to the flower mill, through to weaving and vintage fire engines.
Content for these weekend varies depending on the season and the availability to skilled crafts people and volunteers. These great family-friendly weekends also will appeal to steam and engine specialists, visitors and local residents looking for a new way to explore this great living history museum.
27 & 28 June
Whats on - The Citroen and Renault Car Rally both days and the Tilford Horticultural Club’s much-loved Summer Show on Sunday only.
25 & 26 July
Whats on - 25th TBC whilst on the Sunday the first very TVR and classic iconic motorcycle day
22 & 23 August
Whats on - Steam at Work with engines doing what they were built to do: powering machinery, hauling loads, and getting a job done.
