About

This year we will be holding our Spring 2025 Festival at the brilliant Langham's Brewery – and have a diverse array of local produce available to buy and sample.

At the Festival we believe in celebrating the rich diversity of fantastic producers and suppliers we have in our neighbourhood and community and all the vendors attending the Spring festival can be found within a 50-mile radius of Langham's.

West Sussex is quickly becoming world famous for our wines and sparkling wines, and we are honoured and proud to showcase two excellent local vineyards Wiston and Dillons,
The beer and ale of course will be catered by Langham Brewery, and the gin will be supplied by Brilliant Gin in Chichester.
Talks & Workshops
Some of our vendors will be hosting free talks and demos in the brewery. This year the topics under the spotlight : sourdough bread, gin, Trefoil Community Farm, Wiston Estate Vineyard, and flower essences. These talks are all included in the price of your admission and many including samples and tasting. Please note spaces will be allocated on a first come, first served basis so make sure that you don't miss out and get there early!

In addition to our free activities we will also be hosting some hands on workshops, for a small price—learn everything you need to start baking your own delicious sourdough bread, have an exclusive tour of the Langham's brewery (includes a pint!) and take part in a gin tasting masterclass hosted by the brilliant, Brilliant Gin.
Kids Zone
Not only do children gain free entry with an accompanying adult, but we would also encourage that they take part in our Junior Chef Local Produce Quiz, which is free to enter with a fabulous prize for the winner.

In addition, the fabulous Nic Nat's Handmade Gifts has designed and will be hosting some very special foodie workshops for all budding Junior Chefs. [NB: SPACES ARE VERY LIMITED!]

WORKSHOP 1: Junior Chef Apron and Hat, during which participants will decorate their very own chef whites! £15, 30 mins, 10.15am.

WORKSHOP 2: Junior Chef Herb Garden, in which participants will learn about and build their own herb garden. £15, 30 mins, 11am.

WORKSHOP 3: Junior Chef Cress Head, in which participants will decorate a pot with a cress hair-do!

Music
In addition to some amazing food and drink, we will also be showcasing some of the very best local talent around. The perfect end of day accompaniment! Come and have enjoy an early evening sundowner, with some street food while the music plays…

Live music starts at 4pm and finishes at 9pm.
