The Northwood House Christmas Fair is on Saturday 29 November and Sunday 30 November 2025. There is a VIP Preview Night on Friday 28 November.
The Fair has been one of the busiest Christmas events on our island and will again be featuring a selection of over 50 of the best local gift exhibitors in art, craft and produce. It’s the perfect inspiration for unique Christmas present buying for those seeking something unique and original for their friends and loved ones!
The main two day event will take place from 10am to 4.30pm on 29 and 30 November and is free to enter for all visitors!
If you want to be the first one to browse, shop and beat the massive crowds you can purchase tickets for the VIP Preview Night on Friday 28 November (6pm and 8.30pm). There will also be exclusive special offers from exhibitors on the night. Tickets are £9.50 for adults and £3.50 for children. The tickets include a glass of wine or prosecco, some cheese and biscuits and nibbles. Drinks and wood-fired pizza are available to purchase during the event. Book tickets online here.
The Christmas cafe will be open with festive treats in the new lawn marquee. You can enjoy mulled cider, a variety of beverages and tasty stollen cake to get you into the festive spirit in the Rotunda Courtyard along with live music on the 29 and 30 November. Treat yourself to a special Christmas inspired pizza from So Much Dough or try their delicious wood-fired classic pizzas.
Children can have a free “meet and greet” with Father Christmas in the snow cave and write him a letter to give to him in person, with a chance for parents to take photos. Father Christmas will be saying thank you with a chocolate coin or a sweet treat for all the children and parents that pop in to say hello. Please note children will require parental accompaniment to take part.
There will also be the return of Santa Paws…the Father Christmas for dogs, who’ll be delighted to wish your four-legged friends a Merry Christmas. Meet Santa Paws with your dog and family and take your own photo for just a £4 charitable donation to Northwood House Charitable Trust! All dogs receive a special treat and gift from Santa Paws too.
If you're arriving by car, please use the pay and display car park in Park Road and enjoy a short walk up via Ward Avenue. You're also welcome to park at Cowes Enterprise College. Please note that there's no vehicle access via the Rotunda car park, this entrance is for pedestrians only.
It’s going to be great to see Northwood House full of season a cheer once again and we look forward to seeing you over this fun and festive weekend!
