In a prime location on the shores of the Solent, Calshot Activities Centre is one of the largest outdoor adventure centres in Britain 

We offer a wide range of exciting water and land-based activities for all ages and abilities. Our historic hangars accommodate the tallest climbing wall in the South, an indoor velodrome, dry slope and so much more. With beautiful beaches, views of the Isle of Wight and instant access to both sheltered and more challenging waters – our unique location, experienced instructors and high-quality equipment means we’re the perfect place for everyone to make the most of the open water. 

Whether you’re a family, a group of friends or a corporate group – we can tailor a programme for your individual needs, from short sessions to week-long residential visits!

Accessibility

  • Disabled Parking
  • Disabled persons toilet - Accessible toilet and shower, parking and wheelchair access to The Café Bar.
  • Wheelchair user accessible - The Hangar is largely accessible to those who use a wheelchair, however there is uneven ground surrounding the Hangar and the Castle. With help from our instructors and adaption to kit, people with disabilities can enjoy a range of adventure activities here at Calshot.

Reception: 8:30am to 4pm (closed on Bank Holidays)

Cafe: 9:30am to 5pm daily

Calshot Activities Centre opening times vary depending on the programmed activities
