From M3 - When you arrive in Southampton from the M3 on the A33 into the city centre follow signs for city centre which is straight on through all the traffic lights and roundabouts until you reach the Charlotte Place roundabout with the Jurys Hotel development in the middle of it, at this roundabout take the 3rd exit onto East Park Terrace, through one set of traffic lights then you will come to a roundabout, take the second exit which takes you onto Queens Way, at the lights on Queensway turn left and then second right is Oxford Street. The White Star is on the corner of Oxford Street & Latimer Street.
From M27 – exit the M27 at junction 3 and join the M271 into Southampton City Centre, join the ring road Mountbatten Way into Southampton at the end of the M271, follow the signs to waterfront which will take you along West Quay Road, at the roundabout with the glass hotel on it take the 2nd exit on Town Quay Road, go through the lights and at the end of this road join the one way traffic on Orchard Place, take the first left off Orchard Place onto Briton Street, first right onto Queens Way, and right at the lights, the 2nd road on the right is Oxford Street.
The nearest railway station is Southampton Central Rail Station, which is approximately ten minutes drive from The White Star Tavern Dining and Rooms. The White Star is situated within easy access to ferries to the Isle of Wight, the train station to London, as well as great road links to explore the south coast and beyond. Southampton International Airport is a 20 minute drive, which serves 43 European destinations and with one of the largest cruise terminals in the world on our doorstep, this is the ideal base for exploring the UK and abroad.
