The Sussex History Trail winds through the grounds, where handcrafted models of iconic Sussex landmarks reveal the county's rich heritage. Plant enthusiasts will enjoy the temperate houses, showcasing fascinating collections from the UK and around the world. Designed by Chelsea Gold Medal-winning garden designer Juliet Sargeant, the Sussex Plant House features Mediterranean fruits, Australian flora, cacti, succulents, and bromeliads beneath a full-size replica of the Iguanodon fossil discovered in the Sussex Weald in 1834.
The Planet Earth Museum tells the remarkable story of our planet, from its earliest beginnings to the present day. It houses a fantastic collection of fossils, minerals, crystals and prehistoric specimens, including items up to 500 million years old and the impressive Sun Gallery.
Families will find plenty to enjoy throughout the park. Children can climb, slide and explore the extensive outdoor Adventure Play areas before heading indoors to the large Play Zone, packed with soft play for all ages.
