Horse racing: Brighton Racecourse combines top class racing with panoramic views of the sea.
Set high on the Sussex Downs, with stunning views over Brighton and Hove and the English Channel, Brighton Racecourse has, in the words of Channel 4's website, "undoubtedly one of the most picturesque settings of any course".

The racecourse is easy to reach from the A27 Brighton bypass. Follow signs to Sussex University and take the B2123 to Woodingdean, turn right at the traffic lights and the racecourse is approximately one mile. Parking is free.
