Come and celebrate VE Day 80th Weekend at Fort Gardens, in Gravesend on Saturday 10th and Sunday 11th May from 10am - 5pm.
2025 marks 80 years since the end of the Second World War. The Poppy Appeal, in partnership with Gravesham Borough Council are hosting a free weekend of entertainment including re-enactors, classic vehicles, dancing, vintage stalls and more. There will be a full musical programme on the Bandstand on both days with a Drum Service on Sunday morning attended by the Deputy Lieutenant, Dr Bhargawa Vasudaven and The Mayor of Gravesend Daniel Adewale King
