Thiénot has been the house Champagne of The Polizzi Collection for 28 years.
On Friday, 4 September, Nick Wolridge from Champagnes and Chateaux will host a special event at The Star, Alfriston, featuring four different Champagne Cuvées. These will be paired with a seafood platter of fresh oysters, half lobster, prawns, mussels and homemade bread. During the evening, Nick will also share the incredible story of Alain Thiénot, a highly significant figure in the Champagne region.
