The 2025 Southampton Christmas Market will this year take place from 13th November 2025 until 4th January 2026.
Step into Christmas at Southampton Christmas Market's festive wonderland. Soak up the atmosphere as you browse an array of traditional wooden chalets featuring unique crafts and gifts to deliciously tempting food and drink. With something for all the family this festive wonderland is a must-visit destination during the holiday season.
Southampton Christmas Market also features a variety of thrilling rides and attractions. Get onboard the UK’s tallest Ferris wheel, or test your nerve on the thrilling AtmosFear whirling riders up to 80ft into the sky.
For little ones, take a trip into the Christmas Fun House or whizz down the Ice Slide. Discover lots of children’s rides including Santa’s Runaway Train on the southern side of the Bargate.
Pop into the Moose Bar or Alpine Bar for a scrumptious hot chocolate or mulled wine, or a traditional stein of German beer. The perfect place to gather together with friends.
Make magical moments with a visit to Santa’s Grotto this Christmas. You’ll discover his cosy grotto next to the historic Bargate where the big man himself and his cheeky elves will be waiting to meet you.
Southampton Christmas Market can be found in Above Bar Street and Guildhall Square. Please use Southampton city centre car parks.
