Once again, Tapnell Farm is celebrating the humble pumpkin this October with the Pumpkin Trail on 12th & 13th and 19th – 31st October, plus the Pumpkin Festival from 28th – 31st October.
The Pumpkin Trail is a lovely meander through the field where you can select your own pumpkin and take some great selfies at the various decorative display points along the way! There will be pumpkins of all colours and sizes to choose from, and refreshments available too. Open 12pm – 4pm
The Pumpkin Festival is a stand-alone, all-weather event for all the family to enjoy, held in the Farm Park’s event barn – alongside the Pumpkin Trail.
Join us for lots of pumpkin related festivities including Pick Your Own pumpkin, pumpkin carving, ferret racing, gourd games and vintage funfair amusements. Plus, there will be live acoustic cover music over the lunchtime period, refreshments, licensed bar, and competitions. Open 12pm – 6pm on 29th – 31st October.
Late evening opening - to celebrate the start of the Pumpkin Festival, it will be open later until 8.30pm on Monday 28th October with extra evening entertainment from 4.30pm. Sing along to Vote Pedro, enjoy the party atmosphere and experience the Pumpkin Trail illuminated at night. The perfect date night!
The Farm’s had a bumper crop of pumpkins, so put on your wellies and find the perfect pumpkin to take home – or carve at the Festival for free!
The Pumpkin Festival is free admission and has free parking. PYO pumpkin prices vary according to size of the pumpkin and some Festival activities will have a small charge. Please note, Farm Park admission is not included.
