Portsmouth Tattoo Fest returns April 1st & 2nd 2023!
This two-day event will feature live tattooing from 100+ world-class artists, as well as live music and burlesque shows also taking place over the weekend.
Tattoo competitions will take place featuring Rival Ink, where artists compete at a selected theme of tattoo and have seven hours to complete the challenge.
Trade stands and vendors will also be in attendance at Portsmouth Tattoo Fest.
