In this workshop our resident herbalist, Mandy Rickard, will be sharing her knowledge, aromatherapy recipes and self-care for the skin.
Set within the beautiful gardens of Belmont House you will not only be introduced to some herbs often used in protecting and repairing the skin, but you will also have the opportunity to make your own face oil and skin toner.
Mandy will give a brief introduction to aromatherapy and using essential oils safely on the skin with a guide to some of the best natural ingredients for optimal skin health. You will learn which oils and herbs are best suited to your skin type with a visit to the herb garden.
Once you have made your products you'll learn a simple skin care routine including step by step facial massage. There will be time for questions and sharing with some light refreshments.
Ticket price includes all ingredients for the session along with detailed handouts and light refreshments.
