Haunted Half Term at Waddesdon

About

Join us for some haunting fun-filled activities here at Waddesdon this October half-term. From our spooky themed afternoon tea to our brand-new trick or treat skeleton trail. Waddesdon is the perfect place for a family day out (especially as children get free entry to the house and grounds from 21 October to 29 October, Wed - Sun)

Head around the spooky grounds to follow the trick or treat skeleton trail, try to spot all the skeletons and work out if their facts are true(treat) or false(trick). Once you've found all the skeletons, check your answers, and then collect your sweet treat made by our very own chef (£3 per trail, one trail is recommended per child).

Do you think you're brave? Come and test that with Zoolab on 21 Oct & 22 Oct, get up close and hands on with exotic animals like tarantulas, snakes, lizards and much more!

After all the excitement treat you and your family with our spooky Halloween afternoon tea, including ghost meringues, a mummified gingerbread man and spooky jelly worms! Don't worry adults, we've added an eerie twist to our regular afternoon tea as well.

Have fun picking out your very own pumpkin to take home and have some messy fun carving your very own spooky design (Prices vary from £3-£5 dependent on size).

Opening dates and times: Sat 21 & Sun 22 and Wed 25 – Sun 29 Oct, 10am-5pm
