Buckinghamshire County Museum in the heart of historic Aylesbury is a fascinating place to visit for all ages. Little known facts:
1. The oldest part of Buckinghamshire County Museum is a 500 year old timber-framed guildhall complete with rare wall paintings.
2. On display at the museum is one of only six remaining Cubitt cars built in Aylesbury in the 1920s.
3. In the Roald Dahl Children's Gallery you can discover minibeasts inside the Giant Peach and amazing museum objects as you crawl through Fantastic Mr Fox's tunnel.
