Farmyard Summer Fun 2026
Get ready for a summer packed with hands-on fun, family games and farm adventures at our biggest Farmyard Summer Fun event yet. Running from 20 July to 31 August 2026, there's something different to enjoy every day throughout the school holidays, alongside all your favourite farm attractions.
Every visit includes our Big Summer of Games on the field, tractor rides, pig racing, face painting and a daily foam party from 11.30am to 12.30pm. Children can also pick up a Little Farmers Fact Sheet and explore the farm as they discover all the activities taking place throughout the day.
Farmyard Olympic Mondays bring a farm-themed twist to sports day, with relay races, straw bale hurdles, sack races, tug of war, hobby horse races and milk bottle knockdown games. Young visitors can also get creative by designing their own Farmyard Olympic medal to take home.
Nature Explorer Tuesdays are all about discovering the countryside. Children can take part in nature scavenger hunts, sensory play and den building, while following a detective-style nature trail around the farm. Additional activities include wildflower planting and wood-turning demonstrations, making it a perfect day for curious minds and outdoor adventures.
Farmyard Water Play Wednesdays offer a chance to cool off with splash-filled summer fun. Activities include the Lucky Duck Dip, water play stations, the Straw Bale Splash Maze, giant bubbles and veggie ice pop making with the farmers. Expect plenty of laughter, a little mess and lots of holiday memories.
Tractor Mania Thursdays are a must for young farming enthusiasts. Visitors can enjoy tractor displays, mini tractor play, tractor-themed games and a decorate-your-own-tractor competition. Families can also follow the Harvest Trail around the farm in search of all things harvest-time.
Farm Fiesta Fridays bring a party atmosphere to the farm with a countryside disco, farmyard karaoke and bingo on the field. It's the perfect way to celebrate the end of the week with music, games and family fun.
At weekends, Little Farmers Weekends offer even more opportunities to enjoy a day of outdoor play, discovery and farmyard adventure. With plenty to see and do, it's the ideal summer day out for families with young children.
Join us this summer for six weeks of unforgettable farmyard fun, packed with activities, entertainment and countryside adventures for the whole family.
