Join Bex Partridge, floral artist, for a morning of nature inspired creativity. Bex will guide you through how to create one of her signature half moon wreaths, built upon a natural woven wreath base. Working with rich autumnal tones, in greens, reds, oranges and pinks and purples we will together weave fresh and dried stems to create a beautiful everlasting wreath. Autumn is the very best time to work with dried flowers, with bountiful blooms, seedheads and leaves being gathered throughout the summer to dry and create with.
Bex will begin the session with a short introduction followed by the basics of growing and drying flowers, including her favourite varieties and the easiest methods in which to dry. This will be followed by a short demonstration before Bex leads you into the creative session. Bex is a hands on educator who will be there at all times to guide you through your own creation.
There will be hand dyed silk ribbons to finish off the wreaths, which will be yours to take home afterwards.
Gathering at 9:30am and finishing at approximately 1.30pm.
£160.00 per person, tea/coffee and biscuits on arrival, 2 course lunch, wine, and workshop inclusive.
Please note that lunch will be served at a shared table.
