We'll start with some essential theory covering weather conditions, equipment and SUP safety before heading out onto the water.
Then it's time to put it all into practice on our private, sheltered freshwater lake:
• Better paddling technique
• Turning and controlling your board
• How to fall safely and get back on
• Essential on-water SUP safety
• Making better decisions about where and when to paddle
• Games, challenges and plenty of FUN!
Perfect if you're new to paddleboarding, have recently bought your own board, or simply want to feel safer and more confident when heading out on the water.
