The Chart House is a comfortable, small family home in the coastal town of Lee-on-the-Solent, less than 200 yards from the seafront. It is a popular area for water sports, especially sailing and windsurfing.

Lee-on-the-Solent enjoys views across the Solent to the Isle of Wight. It is a good base from which to explore the South of England - the New Forest, Naval Heritage at Portsmouth, Winchester and Chichester are less than 1 hours drive away.
