With art exhibitions and artist open studios in hundreds of interesting places throughout May, you can discover Oxfordshire’s creative talent in painting, photography, sculpture, ceramics, textiles, glass art and more.

For three weeks, a thousand artists and designer-makers throw open doors in every corner of the county and welcome you in - to artists’ studios, homes, galleries and other interesting places including manor houses, a medieval tithe barn, and a 1930s barge on the river Thames.
Oxfordshire Artweeks is a nationally-renowned ‘open studios’ event, an opportunity to enjoy the visual arts in a relaxed and friendly way: meet the makers, hear their stories, see their materials and watch them in action. Seize the chance to have a go yourself!

With painting, print-making, photography, ceramics, silversmithing, sculpture, textiles, glass art, fashion and furniture and so much more, there’s something for everyone:whether you’re a seasoned arts enthusiast or an interested newcomer, you’ll be inspired, diverted and delighted. And you can even choose an original work of art to take home!
