Admission to the museum is free for Brighton & Hove Residents all year round (with proof of residency e.g council tax or utility bill).
Brighton & Hove residents can also bring up to two guests visiting from out of town to Brighton Museum & Art Gallery, to enjoy reduced-price admission of £4.20 per person, with free entry for accompanying children.
From the Old Steine go up North Street, turn right into Royal Pavilion gardens through the Indian Gate - walk through the gardens - museum entrance is at the north west corner.
Nearest station: Brighton is 1 mile - 15 minute walk.Buses stop at the bottom of North Street or outside the Royal Pavilion on Pavilion Parade - 5 mins walk from the museum.
