The BSUPA Ready to Ride Course at Action Watersports is a fun, confidence-building stand up paddleboarding course for beginners and improving paddlers. Based on a private, sheltered freshwater lake in Lydd, Kent, this 2-hour session combines classroom learning with practical time on the water, helping you understand your board, improve your technique and enjoy SUP safely.
You will learn paddling skills, turning techniques, rescues and manoeuvres, with all equipment included and friendly instructors there to support you throughout. Perfect for first-timers, families, active days out, and anyone who wants more than a basic paddleboarding session.
Duration: 2 hours
Format: 30 minutes classroom tuition, 90 minutes on the lake
