About

This December, wander the decks of HMS Warrior and experience the warmth and wonder of a Victorian Christmas, where lantern-lit paths and festive garlands invite you back to the traditions of yesteryear.

Visitors can feel the spirit of camaraderie as they join Victorian sailors in song and discover the festive customs that brought cheer to the crew on chilly winter nights. For a taste of true Victorian holiday cheer, adults are invited to savour some of the finest rum, while children can enjoy the flavours of a traditional non-alcoholic treat, dandelion and burdock. Then, join the merriment as the crew prepare their delightful 'Grand Christmas Entertainment', a new 2025 tradition brimming with laughter, cheer, and nautical nonsense!

At the end of their adventure, young visitors can step into the Captain's Cabin, where Father Christmas himself awaits to share a festive Victorian gift with each child and hear what they are hoping for this Christmas.
