Lavender Cottage is a 4 star self catering cottage sleeping four adults in three bedrooms and is ideally situated to explore the New Forest and south coast and the many attractions Hampshire has to offer.

There is a very large garden with views across the open countryside and private parking for two cars. It is within easy reach of Winchester with the cathedral and city shops, Salisbury is also an interesting cathedral city. The delightful town of Romsey with the Abbey is about 3 miles away.

The New Forest is a short driving distance, steeped in history,and is an ideal area for walking with access to the shore and beaches of the Solent looking across to the
Isle of Wight.

Southampton has a busy waterfront and frequent ferries to the Isle of Wight.
Portsmouth provides an interesting day out with the many Naval Museums. The local pub is within walking distance and there is a golf range and course at the end of the lane.
Village shops are at North Baddesley about half a mile.
Asda Supermarket about 2 miles.

Lavender Cottage has an entrance hall leading to a well equipped kitchen, the lounge/diner has the original inglenook fireplace with bakers oven, the room faces south overlooking the front garden.

The bathroom is on the ground floor with modern bathroom suite and shower over bath with shower door. Stairs lead to landing with airing cupboard and three bedrooms – one double with double bed and two single rooms with single bed in each.

Please no smoking in the cottage. No pets are permitted.
There is electric central heating throughout with log effect fire in lounge, all bed linen (duvets) bath towels and kitchen towels are provided.
