Runner at Tunbridge Wells HM

About

This famous race is much loved for its scenic and challenging route. It is steeped in local history and thanks to meticulous organisation, value for money and friendly marshals, entries are highly coveted. It was voted the No.2 Half Marathon in the UK by Runners World readers in 2011 and has gone from strength to strength ever since, delighting runners year on year. It is one of the biggest events in the UK organised by a running club and Tunbridge Wells Harriers are very proud to have hosted the event for over 40 years.

Please note: this event has a strict 3 hour cut off time due to the regulations around road closure.

Race accessibility & inclusivity
Last year, we implemented brand new measures to ensure that our race was as inclusive as possible. These measures were met with heartfelt praise from our runners and were a huge success. Therefore, we are delighted to be bringing them back for 2026.
You can expect...
- Additional toilets around the course for your convenience
- A designated quiet zone area at Race HQ for those who might benefit from such a facility
We hope that these measures will continue to provide an enhanced race-day experience for many of our runners.

For more information about the Quiet Zone, please take a look at the FAQs (link above) and further race day information (link below).
