Spend a relaxed autumn morning with New Forest chocolatier Kerry Witt as she guides you through the craft of beautifully handcrafted chocolates.
Learn how to create smooth milk chocolate truffles, discover the art of tempering chocolate and make Careys Manor's signature gold-dusted chocolate horses. Along the way, you'll enjoy a few tastings, pick up new skills and create your own handmade chocolates to take home.
Personalise your truffles with a choice of chocolate orange or refreshing peppermint before decorating and packaging everything into beautiful gift boxes to enjoy later or share with family and friends.
After the workshop, settle in for a relaxed charcuterie lunch, featuring a carefully selected board of cured meats, cheeses and seasonal accompaniments. It's a lovely way to continue the conversation and enjoy an unhurried afternoon together.
