Food is a big part of a stay here. Cambium serves seasonal dishes inspired by the surrounding landscape, while Zen Garden brings authentic Thai flavours to the New Forest. And from the end of October 2026, there’ll be something new to discover. Kasi, an exciting new Indian restaurant, will take inspiration from the flavours and cooking traditions found along the Ganges, bringing bold Indian cooking together with produce from Hampshire and across the British Isles.

For some time to slow down, step into SenSpa. Inspired by authentic Thai wellbeing traditions, the award-winning spa is home to a hydrotherapy pool, thermal rooms, an Ice Room, Experience Showers and peaceful relaxation spaces. Spend a few hours moving between them at your own pace, or make a little more time for yourself with a treatment.

The treatment menu brings together natural and organic products, including SenSpa’s own skincare range, with the knowledge and experience of its therapists. Choose from traditional Thai and Swedish massage, facials, body wraps, scrubs and a range of specialist treatments designed to support different wellbeing needs.
