The Portsmouth Christmas Market returns to Commercial Road, on Saturday 22nd November. - giving visitors the chance to pick up some gifts and treats, or enjoy festive food and drink.
The city centre lights will also be turned on to co-incide with the opening of this market on Saturday 22nd November from 4 - 6pm with live music, dazzling lights, local acts and special guests including the stars from the Theatre Royal’s panto Snow White and a special appearance from Shaun Williamson (Barry from Eastenders) from the Kings Theatre’s panto, Aladdin.
The festive market is hosted in within the city centre, selling treats such as German sausages and glühwein, plus Christmas stockings, tree decorations and gifts.
Enjoy a festive tipple before heading over to the ice skating rink in Guildhall Square just 10 minutes walk away. An ideal way to spend an afternoon or evening with friends and family and get into the Christmas Spirit!
There's also the Love Southsea Christmas Markets beginning on Saturday 6 December, as well as the final Hampshire Farmers' Market of the year in Southsea on Sunday 21 December.
