Marlow Dragon Boat Festival

About

The Marlow Dragon Boat Festival is part of The Marlow Town Regatta and Festival. On the Saturday the main highlight is the youth rowing programme, on the Sunday the Dragon Boat Festival takes centre stage.

Teams can be made up of friends, family or colleagues, in fact any combination of people you would like to get together. Each team consists of up to 15 people; 10 paddlers, one drummer and up to 4 reserves. Team Activity Group will supply you with a helm person to get your team down the river. You can opt for an open team (mixed), ladies only team or a junior team. The minimum age is 8, or 12 for a junior team, so all the family can get involved!

When not on the river there are craft stalls, free entertainment and food and drink outlets – there is even a Bake Off! Entry to the regatta is free on Sunday.

The 2019 event takes place on Sunday 16th June, which is also Father’s Day so a great chance to do something fun with Dad!

Entries are now open! Click here to enter your team.
