Unleash your wild side…
Join us for an evening celebrating adventure from some of the most spectacular places on earth, brought to you by the world's biggest mountain Festival - Kendal Mountain Festival.
A chance to watch a selection of award-winning films from high altitude adventure to cinematically beautiful tales showcasing wilderness and adventure travel from across the globe. Each film will be introduced by the Kendal Mountain Festival team.
The Guest Speaker:
We will also welcome adaptive adventure legend Darren Edwards on stage. Since sustaining a life-changing injury, Darren has completed some epic challenges - whether that be freediving to depths of over 30ft on one breath, or becoming the first disabled person to kayak from Land's End to John O' Groats – a distance of over 1,400-kilometres across some of Europe's most challenging coastal waters. In February 2023 Darren successfully completed his biggest challenge to date, becoming the first disabled person to complete the iconic World Marathon Challenge - that's seven marathons across seven continents in just seven days.
