Talk about D-Day at the Historic Dockyard Chatham

About

On the 80th anniversary of this momentous event, head to Chatham Historic Dockyard for an evening and talk that aims to revisit the naval side of the D-Day story, focusing on the efforts of Allied sailors which ensured the success of the initial assault and the security of the beachheads in the weeks that followed.

The evening will be compered by Nick Ball, Collections, Galleries and Interpretation at the Historic Dockyard, and there will be a question and answer session following the conversation.

Our talks are free to attend (you do not need a Dockyard admission ticket) but spaces are limited. Tickets must be booked in advance.
