Come along and spend 60 minutes discovering the 'Profiles of the Past' initiative, providing a website about British portrait silhouette history.

Our Profiles of the Past website offers a definitive virtual silhouette collection, biographical material about artists and explanations of production techniques. The website also invites the public to upload their historic silhouettes, expanding the online collection and revealing hidden national treasures.

Accessibility details: We are a five-storey Grade I listed historic building of the 1820s. We have no elevator and access to all but the GF requires the use of stairs. If you require seating in the different areas of the house that are visited, please advise us at least 24 hours prior to your arrival via: nick@rth.org.uk. This event is staged at GF level and is accessible. Thank you.
