Last bookings at 3.00 to give you time to escape.
We are open every day till the end of August, except we are closed on Tuesdays.
We will also be open October half term.

The café will be open for Maize visitors to enjoy the views of Passies Pond.
To find us come off the A27 at lancing college follow the road and signs for Coombes & Passies Pond entrance.
we are also know as Coombes Farm, the Lambing farm.
