Did you know that the Isle of Wight is a UNESCO bisosphere. It was awarded this status in 2019 and each yer the local community, businesses and organisations across the island come together to celebrate this status and celebrate the wonderful nature on the Isle of Wight
The Isle of Wight Biosphere Festival will return for its third year to the island between 27th June - 5th July.
With around 70 mostly free or low cost events to enjoy over nine days, this festival includes walks, talks, art, music, films, nature tours, citizen science and more. Look out for talks, craft sessions, open days at nature sites, biosphere learning, nature walks.
