About

Alton FlavourFest returns to The Public Gardens on Sunday 6 September, from 11am-4pm! It's free!

Get ready for a gastronomic extravaganza, with over 60 vibrant food and drink stalls, sizzling street eats, irresistible cookery demonstrations, cocktail, cider and real ale bars, family-friendly fun, and a mouth-watering lineup of live music on the bandstand.
Entrance to the festival is free.

LIVE MUSIC
A fresh lineup of bands and performers will bring flavour to the bandstand all afternoon.

CHILDREN'S ACTIVITIES
Hot on the heels of the grown-ups, children can enjoy face painting and free children's crafts.

COOKERY DEMONSTRATIONS
Join local businesses as they share their cookery tips and delicious recipes using local seasonal produce. Demonstrations begin at 11.30am and continue hourly throughout the day.

FOUR-LEGGED VISITORS
Well behaved dogs and their owners are welcome to the event.

PARKING
If you're local, why not leave the car at home and enjoy a lovely stroll down to the Public Gardens? If you're bringing a vehicle along, you may be lucky enough to get a spot in the adjacent Lady Place Car Park, but if not, several other town centre car parks are available close by:
