Nestled in the peaceful hamlet of Shortgate, East Sussex, these beautifully maintained holiday cottages offer the perfect rural retreat for couples, small families, anglers, and visitors exploring Sussex.

Well equipped with TV and fully fitted kitchen, bath and shower. Electric storage heating. Own garden/patio area.

Each cottage, Cedar and Chesnut, has one bedroom with double bed, plus a bed settee in the lounge. Cottage two is the larger of the two. Available all year.

Shortgate is a tiny hamlet with a handful of houses and farms, yet located within easy reach of Lewes and close to the south coast & Brighton., one of England's most delightful & exciting resorts. Surrounded by fields, White Lion Farm has its own small lake stocked with carp which is available for fishing.

The lake is a natural haven for wildlife & plays host to a variety of birds throughout the year.
