At Flimwell traffic lights turn left onto A268. Continue through Hawkhurst,through Sandhurst (about 6miles). On leaving Sandhurst take first lane on your left - Crouch Lane, continue through fork, after about 1.5 miles take first lane on left Standen Street. Go past first house on right and the next entrance on your left is the top of our drive.
